Smocked Dreams is run by Marsha Wing and Lisa Wing. Marsha has been sewing and smocking for years and has made hundreds of dresses. Lisa (Marsha's daughter-in-law) has been sewing for years, and learned from Marsha how to smock. Although not as experienced as Marsha, Lisa still makes fine clothing.
